Can't receive SMS Texts in Mauritius

I am in Mauritius and unable to receive SMS TextsThis is an issue as you could imagine when online apps trying to send validation codes to my phoine via SMSi can't therefore access the apps !! Anything I can do?

Hi i wanted to pay my bills but i cant go to an account i changed password 2 times however it tells me to do security check however i cant activate my sim so can you help me out to log me in to account i remember everything password etc.
